How to Thrive in This New Normal – A New Way of Doing Business
Dale has spent more than 35 years refining his skills in sales and sales leadership. “We can either be professional sales people or professional visitors”, he is often quoted as saying. Adding value to the visit is the key to long and successful relationships. The last 20 years have seen Dale’s focus shift toward leadership roles as he managed teams of Banking Consultants (Manulife Bank of Canada) and previously lead the sales teams of Word Entertainment in Vancouver. “My greatest success and reward is having a hand in the success of others by hiring, training and mentoring them”. He believes a leader’s greatest legacy is the people they have mentored and influenced for the greater good. Following his career at Manulife Bank, Dale embarked on the role of Private Wealth Advisor. It was while exploring investment opportunities for myself that I discovered the hidden gems that private investments offered. Many clients are pleased to learn that I own many of the investments I now offer to them.
