Didier Culat is a lawyer in commercial law at BCF. A specialist in international trade and free trade issues, he is involved in international and cross-border financing and commercial transactions, and also practises in the securities industry. He advises our clients from all industries in establishing strategies for the international deployment of their activities. Didier has a concrete understanding of the needs of business leaders, having worked on the legal teams of a Quebec aerospace giant, a major manufacturer of buses, and a Canadian environmental management firm in addition to having practised in the field of capital management. Regularly consulted by other Canadian and foreign law firms in the area of commercial law and securities law in Quebec, he is known for his in-depth knowledge of commercial issues related to free trade between Canada and its major partners.
